Maybe it was me, a couple of days ago ... I was really surprised to get bounced at 3000 m over France while climbing and adjusting rpm, rads etc. I've lost an aileron but succeeded in the classical evasion maneuver (nose down to disappear below the Spit's nose, then quick turn right or left and extend in a random direction in the rear quarters, without loosing sight of the enemy). I safely landed back and changed quickly the crate ...
