Interesting!
Some are showing performance hits and others like me are having no probs running everything on full.

ASUS i7 @3.8, GTX570, 6G RAM, monitor reduced to 1280 x 720.

Just for clarification; My setup currently:

i5-2500k @ 4.8
6970 @ 925/1375
8GB RAM
1920x1080 and highest settings

I'm guessing that your lowered settings are helping to hide the extra stuttering and performance loss.

Just tested on ATAG, I don't know if it is related but I've got 10 times more ghost contacts, disappearing at 1.5-2 km.
