but if ever for the BoB scenario totaly new cockpits will be made by 1C, the first should be the cockpits (and gunnerstations) of a british bomber (able to carry more than 1000lb of bombs). And the natural choice would be the Wellington because its 3D modell is already in game.

I say this because i have future online wars/events in my mind. just compare the bombload of a He111 to the Blenheim's

Why doesn't anyone ever mention the Avro Lancaster Bomber? Am I missing the reason why this is never mentioned or something?

The Lancaster entered service well after the Battle of Britain was over.

The Wellington, Hampden, Whitley and Blenheim were the main british bombers for that time frame.

Not contemporary with the BOB. Have the Lanc, and you need the maps and supporting planes to go with it....
