Proof that there is/was cheating or take it back, this sim had enough bad-mouthing!

I take that as: there is no proof, only imagination.

Thanks for the clarification.

Assuming VAC actually works as advertised, I find the whole setup hilarious.

"YEAH, I'M RUINING THE SHIT OUT OF THIS GAME, LOOK AT THESE CHUMPS HAHA"

<two weeks later>

"WHAT?!!?! I can't play this game online EVER AGAIN?!"

Then again, I don't think we have any idea whether it does work properly. It's not like anyone is going to sacrifice their account to find out.

I think it's funny you put that on devs. That was not in my mind.

Even the best written code will be ever ... crackable. It's more on ppl mind. And sadly nothing can be done for that outside of education and exemplary behavior.

So I am just asking for some improvement in that field: strengthen the weak parts and setup some highly secure zone were outside third party softwares won't be available or get any plugs on the code online (there it will be possible to ctrl every lines without dispersing efforts outside of alrdy limited ressources (no HL, no Ventrillo etc...).

Cheating is a plea for online gaming. The steam approaches was good but needs some results now that users have swallowed that pill. There is no easy result with concession there.

[VAC IMHO can't work with HL the way I see that only on basic strategies grds]

And in fairness he asked you for proof of which is ?????
I too value freedom of speech which should go along the premise of innocent until proven guilty.
If there is provable cheating going on surely you should be posting the details to the developers and the server hosting.

No track no proof. How funny you are.

And by any standard no one (no players, no devs) will loose as much time as a cheater to build its own trick. That's why cheating will always prevail or be part of any sim. And as CoD is mature enough today that's why I think they shld build a coherent strategy against it.

That's all I said. no finger tipping. No howling at the full moon or staring at a dumb apple pretending I saw it lifting in the air.

Ohh but maybe you want to discuss the FM of such an apple ?
