The main thing you should missed ,is that when you prepare your ignition,
you have to push your engine throttle a little bit, but the less you can push, and then let the air radiator closed, wait to reach 150-200 °C engine temperature (select one of the sensor), open your air radiator (not full), flaps, and take off. The Br.20M is a really hard plane to pilot, specially during take off, with full loadout. In reality it was the same.
