Is there a readme for setting up guns ?

Cheesehawk- to get that inclose & personal 150-200yds what is the numerical setting I have to use? Never quite got the wierd way this is set up...what is default anyway?
do you have a special cheesehawk mix for your ammo- there seems to be an infinate number of set-ups .Finally does changing the clor of tracers really work? I mean so many things in CloD are in the process of being fixed ,I 'd hate to go thru all of this only to find its still default.
