Be afraid,

isn't that the new sound dev on the drum? So that's what the u/c will sound like!

No, don't flame me I'm just trying to stay OT or at least in the spirit of it. Or to put it another way, Luthier started it.....

Here we go!

What about this one, actually is still better and more immersive than CoD!
Veltro, Their Finest Hour was my first air combat 'sim', just before I moved to Air Warrior.

It's an update. We read that sound engine was a headache to dev team, and will be remake from scratch. Now Luthier says that this issue is "progressing well".

Good enough.
Still trying to stay 'in the spirit' but to be pedantic, its not an update. We know "the sound is progressing well", he told us that last time in his "most wanted" post. An update is more like "the sound is approximately 75% complete, we estimate release in three weeks". Now wouldn't a post like that quieten things down? Well, no, because some people would still be unhappy but that's no reason not to tell us.

I think Luthier's response was funny as hell, to be honest, and hey, at least it's SOME news. It's 100% better than NO news.

You have screamed for some news, even if it's just a line or two. Now you have it. You have gotten what you asked for.

I find it hard to take anyone that's foaming at the mouth about this thread seriously.
