From what I have heard the latest intel chips are much more stable and you can achieve 4.5 to 5GHz using only fan coolers which is quite impressive... however i would wait for the next generation.

BTW ignore what Querer said, unfotunately he resembles the average user posting on this forum, angry at something he can't control and posted just to have a whine rather than add anything constructive.

Wait till the AMD Bulldozer cpus come out and see how they compare to the current intel crop. The bulldozer cpu's are supposed to own the sandybridges from what I here.

No I highly doubt that but with the next generation and also for the i7 2600K or i5 2500K you will require a new motherboard.

i7-2600K is really a good choice.
(I wonder if some people on this forum are related to Heinrich Himmler or Bachar el Hassad, or maybe both of them??).

my first choise was the i7 2600k but i had a problem with momo right now and i don't know which one to buy so i can put the i7 2600k
if i can't stop myself by the end of this month i will go for it
or i will do what JG52Krupi suggests
