Hi,
you are not alone. There was some threads here about control lag. I have it too. Actually this is the reason why I totaly gave up on CloD. It is not a common issue, but there are many who suffer from it. As I know there is no cure for it at the moment.

try this, it helped for my input lag:
- enable vsync (helped the most) - drop settings to a point where the ingame FPS nearly matches your monitors refresh rate. the numbers displayed in the config screen are not very accurate. it tends to go up in blocks instead of smoothly incrementing.
