Bally Jerry copped a Bertie, flipped over on his Sammy and took a dunk in the briny.

Or some such.

Voted RAF, as I first started flying Hurries and Spits in COD.

Otherwise I don't have much preference, I'll fly both sides equally, Im starting now to fly the 109 a lot (being Swiss I like the E-3 a lot).
Next will be the 110, then Stuka and bombers.

What I like in COD is that I'm really enjoying learning each plane and taking some time to master it a bit before jumping to the next one. I still haven't dropped a single bomb in the game, so there's a lot I still have to do.

Back in the days of Their Finest Hour on the Amiga I loved to bomb ships in a Bf-110 as part of ErpGr 210, looking forward to do it in COD too

S!

Luftwaffe. Messerschmitts and Focke Wulfs just look like war machines and they had some advanced stuff in them for that time. Has nothing to do with ANY political or other things. Period.

Spit or Hurricane because I'm Bwitish. Although in IL2 '46 with Germany v Russia I fly Luftwaffe because our royal family are German and only related to the Russians.

I have yet to fly the Hurri online but after hearing people complain about the spit 1a i decided to take it for a spin and I have now got quite a few kills in it, so it might not fly like it should but it certainly isn't a bad aircraft to fly online by any stretch of the imagination...

Eh yes, the sound of this Merlins is something very special. Already in theme sound, after one of the few raids of the C.A.I. over Harwich with BR 20s by Nov 1940, the local Newpapers reported at morning that the bombers sounded like ‘rattling tin cans’ when they found out that Italians were responsible for keeping them awake.
