You forgot to add to the survey questions:

"I have an ATI card but I'm not experiencing the problem."

You have to be thorough in your sampling for a survey

See question #2. This survey is specifically intended to provide AMD feedback regarding this error which apparently occurs exclusively on Cayman GPU's. The two respondents to question #3 did not leave an explanation, but I assume that they may be HD6990 users (also Cayman). The 6970m GPU is a Barts 6850.

The answer to your question is already there by implication

Yup I've had the blue line bug since upgrading to my HD6970. Didn't get it on my old HD4870 though. Screenshot attached.
