Default Canopy close/open

Small bug but easy to solve.

Sit in the cockpit.

Open canopy: OK
Close canopy:
The view tries to switch to center forward view. It causes a split second undesired an unrealistic effect when you are not looking exactly at the center forward view. Specially noticeable for head tracker users.

If you try to emulate that the pilot must be looking forward to close the canopy, a temporal override of the views controls should be coded, allowing for a smooth transition from the original view to the forward view, close the canopy and then back to the original view.

Run the quick mission "German attack Column" and 10 out of 10 times you will find a german bomber burning that has been shot down, burning static in the middle of the air-

Tested version 1.01.14550, Bf 109, Bf 110 and He 111 in FMB.

In Bf 109 and 110 as soon as I touch the prop pitch (with either increase or decrease button binded to joystick buttons) the lever jams into the increase position. I can press the decrease button and the lever goes to the decrease position but as soon as I let go it again goes into the increase position. If I press the increase button, the lever goes to neutral, keeping the current prop pitch.

Checked that the joystick buttons work ok. Squadmate confirms the bug. Makes flying quite impossible.

The Bf 110 still goes "Rodeo" when over 400km/h, the heading starts to bounce all over the place. Up and down and side to side.

In earlier versions I could enter the rear gunner position in Bf110, this doesn't seem to work anymore. Tested the following buttons: "Jump Between Pilot and Selected position" (in Aircraft category), "Manned position #X", "Change Manned Position" and "Next Manned Position" (in View category). Generally can't switch positions in any plane.

WORKAROUND:

Map your buttons to propeller pitch #1.
