i have had the chance to play both. but not online with the PS3. its a harder adjustment going from xbox to ps3 than the other way around. you wouldnt have the patch so that may frustrate you a little. BUT you also dont have the extreme blackouts and redouts...as a matter of fact they are hardly noticeable. if you are a purist then this may bug you but it is something i and the xboxers take as normal.
AND think of it this way in regards to losing good friends ( which you arent losing them unless you sell your PS3)....(1) you arent playing with them now and (2) you will be with some of the other great players on this forum (3) you can be iback soaring the skies within minutes. if you have both systems you will have the best of both worlds and more options and opportunity. some games are made specifically for a system...you would be sitting pretty in that regards as well. honestly, if you have the cash and it isnt going to strap you...or put you in peril of becoming a eunuch...i would go for the xbox...just as i will get a ps3 in the future. it would be good to visit my ps3 friends on occasion...

I can't imagine actually paying for p2p gaming. Especially paying for something and it goes down during the holidays.

Patience is a virtue.

yep for sure wildman, her's indoors would go mental if I waltz in the door Friday evening with a new box under my oxter. Arghhhhhhhhhh !!!!! I'd get a distinct taste of domestos in my tea that evening methinks !
Bobbysocks , yourself hurricane rambo et al on xbox are a real draw to get the console. I think it would be great to meet up with you guys and shoot some lazers at each other. All I'm shooting for the mo (until "sorry" oops meant "sony" get sorted), are blank shells.

Spot on Wildboar. Seems like womens minds have been hacked by confused feminists and the fashion-mob. That in addition may seem like a paradox, but when it comes to women paradox seems to be the paradigm... I fear it is a doomed take-over

The secret of getting the upper hand...Man v Woman....

"They" are trained to argue...intricate logical manipulation of what you said and rinsed, re-cyled and used against you in the court of Her...

Just go for the single "magic" word answer....goes like this.....

Q. "are you going on that playstation tonight?"
A. "Why?"
Q. "because i want to watch my program"
A. "Why?"
Q. "because i like it"
A. "Why?"
Q. "dont mess me about clever dick, will I get to see it or not?"
A. "Why?"
Q. "Look will you just answer me straight or explain what your doing?"
A. "Why?"
Q. "Right, if you dont stop talking stupid i am going to my Mum's tonight"
A. "Why?"

"That's it, you moron..you pushed me to far !!"

Q. "Why?"

Bang goes the door...muffled shout's from outside.." A%$hole"...

Q. "Why?"

Hee hee....right...sign in....Hello Boy's...

Works every time.....See you soon Ace's
