Gonna have to re-iterate this, although not expecting a fix before the important stuff. But the road spline tool, it's fubar in the FMB. Tried to create a new airfield, and lay some concrete to the runway, but a two point spline for some reason always shoots right down the the lower left of the map.

Bulldozer tool aswell, pls.

Better all the time but a ways to go...

Flashing scenery in some missions, mild stutters, etc. Place it and you'll see.

In many graphical packages a spline is a tool for drawing a curve. Can you use a spline with only the end points? Maybe there is another function for staight roads?

Cheers!

The patch is an improvement for me, as good as "the mod" or perhaps a little better. I get perfectly good frame rates at medium settings, and the black line is gone.

The game still plenty of problems for me, but this is a good step.

patch runs better...
able to see on-line games with ease now...list loads fast
Played for 2 hours MP with no crash...
Mirror is still toast.

Also I have the Net Status function mapped to the s key and when I am typing in the chat window... if I use an s the net status windows pops up.. alway been like that though... but annoying.

Planes smashing into deck look fantastic... as long as I am not the one hitting the deck.

My 6 cores look like the are humming along ok... with the 1st core spiking every now and then.

can you make another LOD for the building at and around the Airport...as they pop in/out too soon and to drastic.

Intel Core i7 980X EXTREME
12 Gig RAM
Gigabyte 580GTX
Win 7 64 Pro
Single 27 inch Monitor

Default Getting Better

Much improved frame rates even with settings higher. Action over water is excellent. Over London better and playable but still micro jitters. The game is still difficult to play because of the controller situation. I cannot get any view settings to stay on my Joystick (Logitech 3D Pro) and I understand there are a lot of people with similar key mapping and joystick mapping problems. If you can fix that, I will be a very happy customer!

i7 930 @ 2.80Ghz 4 core
8.0 GB RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium x64
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 1.5MB

Game still uses a pseudo-fullscreen mode. It still won't properly interact with my HD4870 and set the 3D clock speeds. I still have to force clock speeds for Cliffs of Dover. This is using latest official 11.3 drivers.

After installing the patch, the game no longer loads for me.

I get the cross-hair flash up then nothing, guess I will wait until it is pushed through on Monday.

I've reported this like 4 times already LOL! It works on the multiplayer maps funnily enough so you can try it there.
