But anyhow.
Getting the patch, I'll be submitting reports

(please consider switch back to dead-on settings or at least make them optional. Some of us like realism...)
Totally agree.

I was astonished when discovered that the compass behaves like a real one, with same instrument errors. Keep this real!

Great patch, can now play at native resolution 1680 x 1050. Averaging 60fps now over land.

So, it looks like I'm never getting rid of this stuttering. It doesn't matter what settings I use, the flippin' game wrecking stutters are always present. Even with everything set to low or off, the game splutters along over land.

Frame rate seems a little higher. Flying low over Dover with medium/high settings, shadows and SSAO: min 28, average 48, max 65 (100+ looking up) @ 1680x1050.

CPU usage is now higher on cores 2, 3 and 4 than in previous versions, but no core is getting anywhere near 100%. The GPU clocks are fully ramped up and it's 100% utilised.

PS. I much prefer the original tachometers

fps in forward cockpit view was very low compared to shifting your gaze away from the dials. The needle movement was over exaggerated even if flying straight and level with mid power setting but damping the movement may have been partly to reduce processing and increase fps, not sure but it is better on both counts. Gets the thumbs up from me as a pit flyer......

uncheck the SSAO checkbox and do the same for the Eilepsy Filter checkbox

Even duct tape can't fix stupid... but it can muffle the sound.

Patch is working flawlessly for me. I'll be doing a lot of stutter-free sightseeing this weekend on my 2 1/2 year old PC at 1920x1200

The performace are greatly improved but i noticed a strange rendering of the grass in the first mission of the Britain Campaign.

Someone else? Looks like the grass is rendered only some meters away of the plane and not near it like before

Hello,

CLOD runs a lot better now, thank you very much, but one question luthier told us there would be some improvements to QMB (From Luthiers anoouncement: "6. Improvements to the Quick Mission Builder feature.").
I haven´t seen any, I had hoped for corrected skin/loadout options?
