I swear in some of that video I could see a vapour stream behind the aircraft like it was pulling cloud into its wake.........

There was definitely a stream at certain points, but I think it was from having complex engine management on and temporarily switching from AI control to very basic (up/down/left/right) keyboard (engine-killing) controls. Which is to say, it was probably just fuel vapour, or something else to do with me misusing the plane's engine.

Someone on one of these forums, perhaps in this thread, a few days ago was adamantly expressing disappointment, whining about the clouds not being any good, unrealistic, etc.

I think from this video that they look absolutely marvelous! Exceptionally realistic!

I agree. But to be honest, as I stated in the description on Youtube, these are very selective shots and angles I've used. If I'd looked left or right in most places I would have seen clouds popping in and out of view or just plain bugging out, or the more typical cotton-ball type of formations. I'm not entirely certain, as I haven't tried, but I don't think it would actually be possible to make a mission where you'd only see the kinds of clouds I've shown in the video. I think it proves what could be possible though, once the bugs get worked out and further improvements are made to bring the new weather effects into a more finished state.

Seems the Merlin engines were "hot-Swap" replaceable, too bad the Hurricane wasn't build with engine redundancy.

Thanks for the clarification. Good job in video editing then.
