The game is not truly going full screen so it is relying on your desktop settings which will not have vsync enabled.

Try using DXOVerrider which will enable it for you.

Vsync works if you force it on in ATI Tray Tools Profile.

It is not working, i have tryed, my tir is tearing, i tryed d3doverider too, not working either.

Hmmm, not tested with ati tools but CCC is not working.

Maybe it,s better without vsync because game doesent have steady fps

In ATT you can force it on in 3D profile and Game Profile. I think even the 1st one worked for me but then I put on both just in case. Triple buffers should be on as well.
