Dense forests question

Thanks. The forests round here are definitely older than 70 years. If anything, they've chopped down more to build more houses. They've also missed our lovely Worthing Pier. Too bad, would have been nice to be able to Stuka-bomb it to get rid of the d*mn thing... Now, where's my mother-in-law's house...
