By the look of it, it's something French, right? But what is it exactly?

BTW, a bit overdetailed from IL-2 point of view.

It's a Potez 63.11 to be precise. The basic Potez 63 looked pretty differently, it somewhat resembled a Bf 110. The .11 subversion was a recconaisance adaptation and also the most numerous one. Nose and cockpit were reshaped substantionally.

Maybe, but Saint-Ex certainly flew reconnaissance missions in the Bloch MB.174 in the II/33 squadron (which he wrote about in "Flight to Arras").



But any French plane is welcome for Il-2
