Are you sure it's a beta driver?
Because Windows only updates with WHQL versions...

According to Nvidia website it's a beta , thats why I posted here because you are
right , Windows normally won't (auto update) beta releases

The real NV beta drivers for Win7-64 which are also working fine with CoD are in my signature at the bottom of the screen
