ok ok maybe he should disable crossfire, i have a 6970 and i'am not running that bad

I've found that in certain places it slows down because the hard drive is chugging away. I can pause the game, task manager shows the COD thread reading gigabytes of data from the disk indefinitely. Its like COD is clearing data out of memory then reloading it again straight away.

It is for me with 9800 GT, and it is very noticeable.
