Default The "use at your own risk" dynamic weather?

I think I remember Luthier saying something about the dynamic weather system being included in the full mission builder, as a "use at your own risk" feature, because it would cripple most systems. Did it get included? Have anyone tried it? Or perhaps more relevat - are there systems out there that will be able to handle it with the current performance?

What does this forum consider "epic specs" in order to use this?

As soon as I can get the game I'm gonna try the weather. All it could do is crash the game, I don't expect an explosion or fire
