I'm sure there was a reason to delete the thread, or some technical glitch happened. Please do not make absolutely unneeded discussion.
@Sternjaeger You can always restart your thread if you think that the question is worth discussing here.

Nike-it, please don't offend our intelligence with the technical glitch excuse, I ran php forums before as admin and moderator and I know how they work.. funnily enough the threads that disappear are always too "hot", so either this forum engine has a thermometer or something else is going on..

So you started a thread which had essentially no purpose other than to start a flamewar by insulting the whiners and now you have the indecency to complain about it being deleted? Jeez.

..you just love being a Contrary Mary, don't you Grunch?

If I have to put up with all that nonsense of prepubescent morons I don't see why my post should be removed..

For the record I agree with you entirely, it's utterly pathetic that people are cancelling their preorders over a 6 day delay. But it doesn't matter to the mods what side of an argument you're on if you're creating a post *purely* to start a flamewar. That's got nothing to do with being a Contrary Mary or whatever, it's just common sense.

EDIT: Yeah, basically what LukeFF said.

It happened to me, too. I remember that my post deleted by an admin was about an IL2 modder's plane smoke tail, which, I said, looked like clouds of volcanic ash, and was therefore not realistic.
