Yes it did, it looked very good, but because it was leaked we cant be certain if any tools were used to make the FPS better.

Haha, in fact, given the marketing effort put into the game so far, the suggestion that the publisher or dev team would put in the effort to artificially leak a video or use FPS-enhancing tools is fairly optimistic.
