Let me rephrase, I'd take any new date with a grain of salt until we hear something official.
Obviously every second website including Ubi's own is stating different dates at this time.

The ubishop page here still states March 24th as the release date, however i'd take any date with a grain of salt until we hear an official word.
Its from the US ubi website, it used to say 3/22/2011... Now its just 'Spring 2011'...

US amazon website still says March 22 2011. But Since ubi is the publisher, I'd take their word over anyone else.

And strangely enough, on the amazon.de website it now says:

"Dieser Artikel wird am 3. März 2011 erscheinen."
meaning: This article will be released on march 3rd 2011.

http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B004...pf_rd_i=301128

Is that good news or just an error?

Don't forget, we could have a case where the game releases digitally in some parts of the world where UBI is not the publisher.. So I'd no put too much into UBI change of dates. I saw something bout 1C publishing digital version and UBI the box/shelf version.. somewhere.. in some thread around here.. I think.. ?

I had the exact same thought. They really are damned if they do, damned if they don't...

There's no doubt in my mind that the sim community contains some of the whiniest, most pedantic, most self-righteous malcontents to be found anywhere on the internet.

speak for yourself there sir.

As far as i can see, no one here is complaining or getting hysterical. Its pretty much just a thread thats showing conflicting release dates (and the odd poster that has completely misunderstood the thread Altogether)

this isnt a 'fix this or that for me 1c' thread so stop acting like it is.
