Landing it is no big deal but I could never take off. Always goes in circles untill the wings fall off.

That's easy, just balance it when you land!

Landing a 163 at templehoff or hawkinge in sim as you suggest isn't.

In Arcade its really easy. But when you try to take off in Sim, the wings drag.

The pics in realistic. Arcade allows you do manage almost anything but you stated sim cta with 163s! Only person I know to have managed the 163 at templehoff was Dave and only because it span out but stayed intact.

Its easy, you just come in from 2km away at 10% power, altitude 20m. I've already made landings at Hawkinge, Red October(airfield), Tempelhoff, and several other places.
