Except to make long travel out of Nick trucking influence zone, getting high money and recover money put on trucks and drivers more rapidly. Returning to influence zone with empty truck!...
If I understand this correctly, I'll take a shot.

When you travel outside your zone of influence with a load you obtained from within your zone of influence you will always come back empty. This holds true for your hired drivers. The programs warns you of this when you attempt to do it in your warehouse. Therefore if it happens to you, it will also happen to your drivers. When I start out with a small zone of influence I usually set the drivers to short/medium distance until I get more office's. I hope I got this right, and it helped you.
