Yeah i think this is a good choice

Germany: Ju-88 or Do-17
Again, a good choice, this is what i would choose

US: F4F Wildcat or P-38 (P-38s played more of a roll in Italy, than a P-51 did.)
I'd take the Corsair for this prob, use it as an escort fighter agianst an attack on the Tirpitz. The P38 is a good choice to. Would like Mitchell bomber though.

UK: P-40 or Gloster Gladiator (It's really surprising for a WW2 Airplane game, to not have added MALTA which was nothing but an aerial combat zone.)
A Hurricane with a Merlin sounding in game engine like the P51 and Spitfires have!! Or a Mossie or Lanc.

Russia: They could have added the LaGG-3 into BoP instead of the useless Po-2.
Not to fussed for these haha.
