Maybe Prisma shouldn't be selling the game. I don't know, so many people are stuck with a ban.

But when i tried to return the game to store and get new one to it, they just said to me that i dont have "proof of purchase" (Little ticket)

Just keep contacting 1C support. That is about all you can do now, so just keep at them till they give you something good. Spam their email if you must.
