I assume that they realise when said in English it just means someone acting like an idiot in public?
eg: "soccer hooligan" is a soccer fan that then goes on to cause trouble outside of the stadium where the match was held. and rather then ban people, why not just use a 'bad word filter'? they are pretty easy to put in place. though that is probably a silly question when they can't even administer the ban system. |
