There should be a manual in the IL-2 directory which shows how you start campaigns etc - they are accessed from submenus - you should be able to access all the flyable planes through the Quick Mission Builder too.
The HOTAS section of the controls menu should detect your Cyborg joystick. For further information on this, and lots of other useful info, I'd have a look at Bearcat's 'Nugget's Guide' on the Ubi forum: http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/t...3/m/9121094645
