Ok, it's day 3 on this mission, still no luck. I finally make it to the last bomber on the map, after 30 minutes or so, but my plane is too badly damaged to hold speed or altitude... bomber simply flys away and I hit the water... Is it just me? I admit, my gunnery skills aren't what they should be, but everyone complains about other missions (hornet's nest, etc.), but no one mentions this one. I just wish I knew what I was doing wrong. It's making me so frustrated that I'm tempted to put the game away for a while.

i beet it in the first time by shooting the bombers myself. Just kinda climb up behind and below the bomber and let it fly right into your rounds. Instant fireball. Keep doing that and the mission should be a success

WOOOOOT!!!! I finally completed this mission! This time, my wingmen seemed to hold it together, and we nailed 'em all, and I finished the mission (with a badly shot-up plane). Thanks for all the help, guys.
