Same here, I bought mine on ebay (refurbished) a little longer than a year ago when it was still $400 plus tax dollars for the 80Gb and I got it for $290 (free shipping, no tax). Have not had a single problem with it

P.S. hope I dont bring me bad luck after this post lol

i got a 60gb brand new christmas 3 years ago
btw talking bout bad luck i hape i havent cursed mine

Yea, ive got my fingers crossed for ya

Hopefully yours isnt one of the models that had the overheating problem and its just one of the later ones where the problem has been corrected.

overheating? oh well mine will not over heat cos it has 4 fans instead of the usual 2 and if it did start to overheat id get one of those ad on fans that u clip on the side
