Try pulling a "Retournnent" or "Immelmann" in realistic or simulator without the aircraft freaking out. Only the most modest of turns are allowed outside of arcade mode until the patch hopefully fixes it.

The majority of players currently stay in arcade until thing are fixed. Also Flashpoint came out recently and that is aimed at hardcore gamers, just like BOP. They'll return to BOP once they've become bored with it.

well i can pull of immelmann and barrel rolls and split s in realistic and sim mode no probs mate maybe you should tweek your setting a bit it differs for each plane
