On tpoic though, the PS3 has the same content as the 360 version so if you have the P47 then you definately have the TA-152.

Look in the axis hanger or try a training mission and you'll see it.

incorrect.... if you downloaded the P-47 DLC, you will need to win one match after the title update in order to unlock the TA-152. in the meantime, you'd have to get 100 kills in a focke wulf series plane. the TA is not in the hangar by virtue of purchasing the DLC.

I got it via DLC on the 360, and the TA-152 was unlocked straight away without having to win any matches online. As soon as the DL was complete i went straight onto training and tried out the TA-152..... and i must say its the biggest pile of shit. lol. well worth the 800 MS points

Oh man! It will take 6 months to shoot down 100 planes with the 190. I gotta wait for the patch! I know it's a dog, but I paid for it, dammit! What do you mean win in training mode? I read a thread on here that said get in a Il-2m, go to training mode, cal up 16 opponenets and shoot them all down with the rear gun, rinse, repeat and win the gunner trophy afetr 50 kills. Training mode results count towards unlucks? Weapons unlocks too?

As far as im aware training mode DOESNT count towards unlocks, otherwise it would be to easy to just use a plane and get the required amount of kills in it. The trophy (achievement?) you can get in training mode though (i think) is the one you mention about shooting down targets with the rear gunner?? i could be wrong though as its been a while since i got it (i got it in campaign/online).

Yes, this is PS3. And before you go calling us PS3 fanboys, keep in mind that some of us own both the 360 and PS3. Now if you call me a console fanboy, that I can live with. lol

what made you chose it on the PS3 rather than the 360? I hear alot of bad things about the PS3 online, would be good to hear your views with this etc.

Nothing wrong with being a console fan boy

though im hopeful that one day in the near future they will make games that are on both consoles playable against each other. I doubt it will ever happen in my lifetime though, but one can dream.


The closest ive come to this is playing shadowrun
on the 360, cross platform with the pc.

Ok now! Don't make feel like an idiot for getting a ps3. I got it for 2 reasons. One is all the breakdowns of the 360. It has a nasty history. Two is Gran Turismo 5. Can't wait for my fav of all time!!

GT5 is gonna be epic! BoP is my favorite console game right now, but when GT5 comes out, it might just drop to #2 on my list. Can't wait for this game to hit the shelves...
