In the old days I used to think that Skoshi's reply was the reason for it. Afterall the MTO was indeed a 'forgotten battle' as far as other sims were concerned. But then again, there's always hope that someday we might see a decent Northern Italy map to play around.

Also, MTO by definition would include north africa and there are separate maps for that. I don't it would be possible to make a map of the whole TO due to the great distances involved, but several maps of the same TO. At least that's the way I see it.

What is the order of patches? Is this cumulative patch? Only to put in on 1946?
