No they didnt forget. The ban will be lifted at 00:00:01 on the 13th since the last day of the ban is the 12th, and the whole day, nothing else.

so in 5 hours ? but if u look in the september ban list it says banned till 11th august like what??

Try contacting the other two who were banned the same day when you were, see if their still having the same problem.

I would Guess,since it's weekend,like most people at weekend,they dont give a F--k & havent bothered to unban people that are banned as they are off,another reason to show there system stinks big time methinks.
