Are we going to have ranks? I think that would be good (As in Pilot Officer - Normal pilots, Flying Officer- leads a flight [current flight leads], Flight Lieutenant- maby have one person in charge of two flights? Finaly Squadron Leader, The Squadrons leader )
ok that would be good but it turns us into 1 of those stupid clans run by 12 year olds
