In which case, I'll set up an american detachment,
eventually we'll choose a Wing Commander, and you guys can run pretty much autonomously if you like, with separate meeting times that are convenient etc. and then if we get american clans challenging us, i'll pass them through to your wing commander and you can chose if u can accept or not.  how does that sound?
