Look. It has flipping has nothing to do with pulling on the stick or not. The flip has to do with the rate of deceleration. It's slowing down too fast that makes you flip. The reason you have to keep back preassure on the stick while bursting the throttle is so that you are less likley to pick up speed during that process. This is why I also recomend setting the trim on the ground. It just makes everything easier. It's not the only way, but in my opinion it is the best way.
