...How could i of gotten any further? You didn't answer any of my questions

Yes, i can add (same faction) units to the reinforcements...Only if i know the name.
Yes, i can add airstrike and other locked reinforcements.

I just can't add units from another side - Which is what you have done with the M26...Hence my asking..How?

The spelling is different for Soviet/German reinforcements (on the saved games i'm looking at anyway..) So again, without knowing how it is written in the file, i won't be able to get far..

Edit: Thanks for editing your last post to include the text you used to convert one tank to the other...But that isn't the reinforcement section you're editing is it?..That's the actual unit itself you are changing?
Seems like you'd need to know more than just the name of the unit if you wish to convert one to the other like that..

Unless you are just copy/pasting that info from another game's saved file..Then copying over the existing tank? So a medium Soviet tank would still be displayed as a medium soviet tank in the reinforcement section..But when you deploy it, it's an M26?..

Sorry for all the questions, but it started off sounding easy..Now sounds like hours of work just to figure out what to enter for what unit... Not sure it's worth it, but the initial advice on adding/unlocking reinforcements was handy
