Software to change screenshot to comic

There is not much to type about. If you are using the plugin, just go to:Filters/Artistic/Comic-Book1. Thats all I did. Perhaps the difference lies within the image itself. The image I used was a preview of the SOW:BOB Blenheim, it is not from IL2. This is the original image:http://files.games.1c.ru/il2pict/Blenheim_MK-I_01.jpg.
