STAR WOLVES 3 CIVIL WAR: LocDecryptedTexts

This patch replaces all encoded game texts to normal texts for manual editing by passing the executable file encoder. There are two decoded texts languages: Russian and English.

If you want to translate the game into other languages, its good time for you now!

Also I want to thank Nocalora29 for his dll with his additional functions for game and his injector. Thank you again! Now we can use any exe file, its not important now, english exe or russian.
