EDIT: Could you try to go into the file "Addons\@Fleet_Mod\Config.lua" and set "__FM_EnableExtendedLog" to FALSE Make sure you also have a folder named "Autogen" inside your main game, alternatively, you can try to install the latest beta-fix on the moddb page.
