Lag in 4.13 FMB click/Ctrl response

Someone at a sister station recently noticed and reported a peculiarity in the 4.13 FMB:

My apologies if the problem has already been reported in this forum; I'm not seeing a likely thread. The problem is not overly serious, but it is annoying, and a bit time-consuming. Thanks in advance for any advice or assistance.
