Necromancers bug

I got the same bug when playing against some necromancer.

The ennemy hero (the golden dragon hero in the Hass labyrinth) resurected my whole stack of Inquisitors with his necromancers.
The inquisitors were still mine (friendly) but I didn't have control over them.
So each turn the ennemy heros played them, and wasted my mana and my rage by casting useless spell as well. At the end of the battle the Inquisitors were still here (permanent resurection). Weird.
