Fix testing

I've made a fix, but I don't know if its effect is noticeable so I'm releasing it without telling what it actually does, and I'd like people to tell me if they see any change. The fix should work both on v1.0 and v1.1.

Technically speaking it removes caching&precaching, so don't look for balance changes like "my vampgun does 1% more dmg".

Installation: unzip in your NecroVisioN directory
