Well, that is not the full story, as you know if you're honest on this. The full story is more like:

if it is not online on december 1st people come here and flame Oleg and his shameful lack of knowledge in project leading and management. Then SoW is called vapour ware and people demand solid and reliable dates and answers and then to hear nothing more of them[Oleg].
And yes, people are knocking Oleg's timetable in many senses.
