Hi,
I send an email to the support department but I'm not getting any reply. My problem is this. I've bought King's Bounty last week but my DVD drive (an Optiarc AD-7173S) doesn't recognize the DVD. I've tried to access the disc under Windows XP, tried accessing it via Linux and even via the BIOS but it doesn't seem to work. I even updated the drive's firmware. All other CDs and DVDs I own (which are a lot) work just fine with my drive. My laptops DVD drive _does_ read it however. But it lacks the hardware for actually playing the game itself. I'm thus kinda puzzled what to do. The store will only exchange it for a copy of the same game, but I somehow suspect it's not a scratch but probably has more to do with the way you mastered the DVD. So how can I play the game? Regards, Ren |
