It doesnt start!!!

Hello guys.I had recently done a format on my pc.Before that i installed the game everything went well but when i tried to start it, it begun to run and suddenly it stopped.it never entered the game.On taskmanager of Windows Vista 32 bits it is still running in the processes list as kb.exe but nothing occurs.I left the game for a while and after some installs of other games and about 3 days i decided to give it again a try.and it worked!!!i thought it was the directx and i had installed it again and then it worked.After the format i have the same problem though.

Windows Vista 32
Geforce 8600 GTS
directx updated drivers all up to date.I dont know what to do.Any help will be appreciated thanks!I have the patch 1.7 already in.
